He went above and beyond to answer my questions, give me referrals and options and make sure my car was ready to drive again as soon as possible. He helped me find a car rental and even drove my car to the autobody shop so they could look at my car in more detail. My linkage and wipers were also broken and he said he could take care of that too. He even drove out to Ford to get me another part so I could get my car the same day when the ones he ordered didn’t work out. He and his team also helped me move my car seat and other belongings into the rental in the pouring rain and picked me up an iced coffee too! I don’t know much about cars so I normally feel out of element in these situations but Mo and his team did an amazing job making me feel taken care of. I heard multiple people checking out that he was giving them an amazing price as well - they couldn’t believe it. Don’t hesitate.
